Prairie Falcon Fibers is a small, locally-owned fiber and
feltmaking studio in southern Colorado.
We believe that it is important to find local fibers of the finest quality, take them to the best facilities for processing, and bring them home to dye and sell locally. Wherever possible, our goal is to go from animal to product without leaving New Mexico and Colorado.
Currently we sell in person only once a year at the annual
Mountain and Valley Wool Festival (October 1st and 2nd, 2022).
The 2022 wool festival has been moved from Taos to Santa Fe, and will be held at the Santa Fe Fairgrounds at 3229 Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Our booth number is A-04B and it will be located in the Animal Pavilion.
